Rules and Basic Guidelines for Posting.
Our Mission:
The Purpose of The Chicago CHARGE forum is to honor God in all we do. To provide a message board for members of the Chicago CHARGE speech and debate club. We desire to lift high the name of Christ in all that we do.
User Agreement:
User agrees not to post material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense. Also, as a general guideline, all users here should respect one another's opinions and beliefs.
Spam - Any user who continually submits posts that have no meaningful content, in attempt of increasing post count, or some other self promotion, is subject to being banned.
(No, the spam you had for lunch is ok)
Definition of Spam:
Content Spam: Posts with no substantive content, off-topic, directed toward one person only.
Quantity Spam: May be on-topic or have some bearing which keeps it from being defined as content spam, however, there are just so many posts of this kind that it distracts from the posts which have good, quality content.
Note: There is a certain amount of pointless posting that is allowed, i.e. the word game, all the "what's your favorite" threads, etc.
Flaming/Trolls - We do not tolerate abusive, malicious, personal attacks. Anyone deliberately antagonizing other forum users by posting 'flame bait' type messages are not welcome. You will be banned for flaming.
Bashing - We do not tolerate the bashing of other members, and users. Bashing, or harassing other religions, beliefs, people, or anything is not welcome here.
Administrators and Moderators - Please respect both forum moderators and administrators. Their time is donated to make The Chicago CHARGE better. If you are found to be disrespectful of either a moderator or an administrator, you will be banned. The administrators and moderators have the right to ban, delete or change anything for any reason, without explanation.
Rules - The Chicago CHARGE reserves the right to change the aforementioned rules at any time without warning or notice. It is the responsibility of the forum member to check this page on a regular basis for any revisions.
Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes and other commercial solicitations are inappropriate on the Forums.
No foul language anywhere. No blaspheme (swearing)... period.
Do not type everything in UPPER CASE. As well as making your posts more difficult to read, this is normally interpreted as SHOUTING.
By posting at the The Chicago CHARGE forums, you agree to abide by the above rules and terms.

"Remind them of these things, and solemnly charge them in the presence of God not to wrangle about words, which is useless and leads to the ruin of the hearers... But avoid worldly and empty chatter, for it will lead to further ungodliness... But refuse foolish and ignorant speculations, knowing that they produce only quarrels. The Lord's bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged." - II Timothy 2:14, 16, 23-24
"Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment so that it will give grace to those who hear." - Ephesians 4:29
"Finally, brethren, whatever is ture, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell (think) on these things." - Philippians 4:8
Godis4u! - Romans 8:28, 31
His Servant,
Jason
