Ok.....i'm calm now.....actually it's pretty cool! Oh no, we're off topic again. So.......who likes the Tudor Period? (england, ya know) that's my personal fave!

Henry the 8th neat? He was a gross man! I don't see anything neat about him....he killed almost all of his wives, and anyone who did not agree with his 6 wife situation...........

lol, i know he was a brutal, mean, gross guy, but i still like him. he had a ridiculous sense of humor and he composed music and i know a lot of funny antidotes about him. he wrote the tune to 'what child is this' which i think is preTTy. just my oPiNiOn.

Have you an opinion on the Scottish attempt at a revolution? I side with the Stewarts, but then, my Chattan and Cameron clan ansestors were with them....

i don't know that much about the scottish revolution in fact, to be brutally honest, i don't really know anything BUT! The Stewarts were some of our ancestors so i'm on their side. :)You know who would probably have an opinion on the revolution? Race Wright. *calls for Race* Race, post your opinion!

well since my not so expert opinion has been called in then i will add my two farthings.
The Scottish Revolution as lead by Robert the 17th earl of Bruce was a Biblical revolution. The American Revolution was not. (FULL SCALE WAR ENSUES) if you disagree with me then send your reasons to nitroustriker@yahoo.co.uk but i will be gone for three weeks so I will not be able to get back to them for a while. However the reasons why are too complicated to post in even a series of posts so speak to me in person.

The King of England would not listen to our Olive branch petitions. We sent at least two. He did not even open them. Also, George the Third declared us to be in an open state of revolution BEFORE we knew it ourselves! We wanted true peace, he would not give it to us, so we had to fight for it! (I feel really strongly about this war, just incase you were wondering.........I've now counted up to 10 ancestors who all fought in that war....ALL of them for the United States!) Oh, I wasn't talking about Robert Bruce......I don't know much about him or that war. I was talking about the great rebellion of 1754.....with "Bonnie" Prince Charlie Stewart. The one that Robert Louis Stevenson wrote "Kidnapped" about. You know the guy in that book that was killed..... Colin Roy Campbell....it was my clan that actualy killed him..... I was reading the book and I come apon the clan name of "Cameron" and say "HEY!"

Just an interesting side note on famous ancestors:
Every one of us here can trace at least one line of ancestry to English royalty. AND because of that, we can also trace at least 1 line directly to Mohammad, the founder of Islam. How's THAT for wierd?
P.S. Of COURSE I'm a Jason Lam fan! You're indirectly responsible for about 20,000 in KoC equipment and training. More if you count the money I made as a result of that equip and training.

my 'famous' (haha not really) ancestor is Giles Hopkins from the Mayflower. Besides that, they're all crazy warriors from Scotland and Germany......
